1 T vegetable oil
1 T sesame oil
2 clove garlic
1" piece ginger
1 T salted black beans

Sautee

1 T curry paste or 2 T curry powder
1 c fish or chicken stock
1/4 c ketchup
2 T oyster sauce
1 T shoyu
1 t chinese chili sauce

add and simmer 10-15 mins

2 t cornstarch
3 T water

combine and add to curry to thicken

can be used as marinade, dipping sauce, or added to mayonnaise for chicken sandwich spread
