4.41 oz flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 t sugar
2.2 oz cold butter
~2 T cold water
combine dry ingredients into food processor
add in cold butter, pulse until"pearls" form
add water, pulse into smooth dough, form into ball with hands, let chill in fridge
press into 1 8"/9" tart pan, dock with fork, cover base with rice
blind bake for 10 min. at 325degrees, remove rice and finish until golden brown
